During these discussions the reports were presented  by world leading arbitration specialists. As Dmitry Dyakin, the managing partner of Magisters, and the head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice, notes: „Topic of the Commercial Arbitration is very important worldwide. We have been working in the CIS for many years and this subject becomes relevant increasingly for the last time for the companies working in Russian and in the CIS. For this reason we have taken a desicion to arrange a conference committed to problems of the commercial arbitration in the CIS. This year our conference was organized for the first time.
