The 2010 Cartel Regulation makes an overview of the substantive laws applicable to cartel agreements, the procedure of investigation by the Competition Council, adjudication of cartel matters, and applicable sanctions. Further, the publication contains practical guidance on taking benefit of the cartel leniency programme, approaching the Competition Council, and implications for the corporate officers and employees. Finally, the publication describes the cross-jurisdictional dimension of the cartel regulation.
