• Henrikas Celencevicius has joined Motieka & Audzevicius in 2004. He specialises in civil and administrative procedure law and focuses his practice on General Business Disputes, Arbitration, Corporate Litigation, Competition (Antitrust) Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Tax Law Litigation, Energy & Environmental Law Litigation. New partner Henrikas Celencevicius is also experienced advisor in the field of media, telecommunication, IT and television services. As attorney Henrikas Celencevičius has successfully represented the largest companies at all court instances in Lithuania and courts of international arbitration, and also advised on the legal issues of the Competition (Antitrust), IP, Tax, Energy & Environmental, Real estate and construction, Restructuring and insolvency. New partner Henrikas Celencevicius is experienced leader of high-value cases (recently brought to court the claim, which exceeds € 87.5 million), as well as the cases which require complex expertise of procedural and material legal issues.
• Giedrius Kolesnikovas has joined Motieka & Audzevicius in 2002. He is the head of Corporate & MA practice group. Giedrius practice as an attorney is focused on Corporate Law, Finance Law, Competition (Antitrust) Law, Business Law. New partner G. Kolesnikovas was the leading counsel in preparation for significant initial public offerings (structuring of holding structure for multinational agricultural company), consulting in acquisitions of businesses (acquisition of major tile manufacturer) and structuring of joint ventures. New partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas is also a member of several boards (AB “Dvarcioniu keramika” and UAB “Kelprojektas”).
