Motieka & Audzevicius has acted as co-counsel together with Crowell & Moring LLP, based in Washington, in an investor-state arbitration. The firm represented the Italian Winemaker Luigi Bosca in a dispute against the Republic of Lithuania conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration rules.
